1-on-1 Coaching (6 month program)
This is where I get to dork out as a health coach. We do a deep dive into your personal wellness, both health and lifestyle.
Six months is the ideal amount of time to get to know you and your personal needs and goals. We will be able to address every area of your life needed for fantastic health and take on those goals in a way that is not disruptive to your life.
During the six months, I'll guide you in finding which foods work for your body and ways you can simply prepare them that fit in with your crazybusy lifestyle. I'll help you take on your food cravings and other imbalances in your life, focusing on the areas of your life that are depleting your energy and negatively affecting your well-being.
My goal is for you to finish your program feeling like a whole new you (and a million bucks) as you easily settle into your ideal weight, feel the benefits of increased energy, and can breathe deep and enjoy this new life that you love. Your personalized program will radically improve your health and happiness, as we explore goals and concerns that are unique to you and your body and discover the tools you need for a lifetime of healthy eating and balance.

- understand and reduce your cravings

- feel great in your body
- learn about new foods and how you can easily incorporate them
- improve your personal relationships
- discover the confidence to create the life you want
the 6-month coaching program includes:
- meeting twice a month for 50 minutes one-on-one with Emily
- a full set of notes on your progress and new recommendations to implement
- a variety of handouts, books, CDs, food samples, and other materials to try
- total access to me via email between sessions
